How to Use Facial Steam:
Step 1. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of the herbal blend into a large bowl.
Step 2. Boil 4 cups of water.
Step 3. Slowly pour the boiling water into the large bowl.
Step 4. Cover & let the herbs steep for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5. Use a large towel to cover your head & the bowl and steam for 5 to 10 minutes. Steam once a week.
How to Use Gentle Cleansing Pads (4 total for 4 uses):
After applying your personal cleanser to your face, work in the cleanser for 30 seconds with your fingertips before going in with the cleansing pads (Use 1 pad for each cleanse). Wet cleansing pads with lukewarm water to allow the pad to fully expand. Before rinsing the cleanser off, use the pad to cleanse the face in circular, upward motions for 30 additional seconds. Then rinse off and continue with your skincare routine. The pads will gently remove dead skin while cleansing.
